release at last,

beholding the promise

with his eyes,

and holding him in his arms

he knew release,

nothing could hold him now,

nothing bound him,

light once dimmed

burned brightly again,

 as his heart sang

and danced afresh to the 

heartbeat of heavens hope,

for hope had come,

hope has come

the light of the world

shines for all...
