Friday is my day off, and for once I really took the day off, Tim and I in a mad moment decided a bike ride was a good idea so we set out for Beachamwell, then on to Gooderstone, around Cockley Cley and back to Beachamwell. It was a route of aprox 10 miles. Norfolk is not flat!!! It was a beautiful day, we took the cameras and really enjoyed the route....

n the late afternoon we headed for the beach for a sail... (very energetic day today)... the weather was beautiful to start with and the sky over The Wash at Snettisham Beach was amazing...BUT a bit later the wind picked up and the waves grew bigger, the boat tookoff, an exciting if a little hairy end to the day...
Home now, a good chilli and couple of glasses of red wine and life is good....
I am ready for the hectic weeknd ahead, Jo has two concerts, Chris is going to Birmingham for a Dave Matthews gig, Tim and Jon racing on saurday, Tim and Jo racing on Sunday, youth service all involved Sunday evening, I am preaching Sunday morning, so is Tim... I am the coreographer for all this activity
and I am going to clear out the garage!!! a few visits to the tip are in order...
